we have changed some things in the registration process – please read on to see how it works!
This is how it works:
Step 1
Teachers first register themselves, also providing us with the names and email addresses of their delegates BEFORE September 8th
Step 2
right after the delegation is registered, students will receive an email containing the access link to the registration system. They then have to pre-register ald will receive another email
Step 3
Students complete the registration by using their personal invitation link in the pre-registration email
…. aaaaand it’s done!
Teachers
Please register your delegation as soon as possible! Besides your personal data, you will need to provide names, email addresses (please double-check!) and committee allocation of your delegates. When completed, you will receive the access link to the travel form.
Students
For now, you don’t have to do anything at all! Just wait for our invitation email to complete registration. You will need to provide the following data: Passport/ID card no., e-card no. (health insurance), your parents’ names and phone numbers
