We have overhauled the registration process, please read on below to see how it works!
This is how it works:
Teachers first register themselves, also providing us with the names and email addresses of their delegates UNTIL December 8th
after December 8th, delegates will receive an email containing further instructions on how to complete their registration
Delegates complete the registration by using their personal invitation link in the mail UNTIL December 17th
…. aaaaand it’s done!
Please register your delegation as soon as possible! Besides your personal data, you will need to provide names, email addresses (please double-check!) and committee allocation of your delegates. When completed, you will receive the access link to the travel form.
For now, you don’t have to do anything at all! Just wait for our invitation email to complete registration. You will need to provide the following data: Passport/ID card no., e-card no. (health insurance), your parents’ names and phone numbers
